Discussion Paper
Following the December 2007 announcement of an independent Review of Victoria’s Accident Compensation Act 1985 and associated legislation, the Review has developed a Discussion Paper to provide information and raise issues about Victoria’s workers compensation scheme.
The Review invites groups and individuals to make submissions in response to the Discussion Paper, or on any issues related to the Review’s terms of reference, by no later than close of business on 2 May 2008. Please note that all submissions will be treated as public documents unless marked confidential.
